Why we rebranded

We were delighted to recently launch our new brand and tell the world that The People Network has become Fynity.

The powerful new branding was completed with the support of a design agency across the last year and was the result of plenty of brainstorming, exercises and questions about what made us us.

In light of our new branding meeting the world, we wanted to lay out a brief history, and vision for the future for Fynity.

How we got here

We are incredibly proud of The People Network’s past 20 years of continued success, delivering exceptional talent to our clients and helping thousands of people to find their dream roles.

Within those 20 years, we’ve navigated banking crises, Brexit, and global pandemics and have been a constant in an ever-changing market.

However, our focus and mission have shifted in recent times, moving from generalist to specialist. We’ve been developing deep pools of the finest niche cloud technology talent and then pivoting our services from traditional, transactional recruitment to modern, talent solutions and a true partnership approach.

We had outgrown the world of transactional recruitment and recognised the need for a change.

Clients demand more. Candidates demand more. We demand more.

To reflect our evolution into a true talent solutions partner, we needed a brand that embodies our deep market knowledge, extensive recruitment experience, and genuine understanding of our clients' strategies, operations, and hiring challenges.

Fynity is a bold and brave new brand that aligns us closely with the tech businesses and candidates we represent, embodying our people-first and partnership-driven approaches.
