The People Network is born

Our journey began as The People Network, a generalist IT recruitment consultancy supplying a wide variety of permanent and contract IT staff to businesses in different verticals across the UK.

Growth and Success

Growth in reputation, client base and team headcount. We began to scale and new team members joined meaning we quickly outgrew our original office and moved to a brand new, modern HQ in Swindon

The start of an exciting new era! To strengthen our position and help us expand into new markets, The People Network proudly became part of the Pertemps Network Group, the UK’s largest independent recruitment group with a turnover of £1bn.
